Social Beach Club - Porto Rotondo

The Social Beach Club project at Spiaggia Ira, in the heart of Porto Rotondo, was entirely conceived and implemented by Africa Style, following a turnkey approach that involved every phase of the project: design, carpentry, production, transportation, and on-site assembly. The goal was to create a beach club with a strong identity, capable of offering a complete experience that combines design, comfort, and sociality in one of Sardinia's most iconic settings. The outdoor spaces feature Tobacco-colored ShadySynth umbrellas with plumes, chosen to ensure effective shading and a natural aesthetic, perfectly in tune with the landscape of the Emerald Coast. For the restaurant area, Africa Style designed and built a structural eucalyptus pergola, intended as a central gathering point and sea view. A distinctive element of the project is the custom-made base on which the main pergola rests, also made by Africa Style. Its construction required significant on-site carpentry work, using over a coil of welding wire, to model the structure faithfully following the natural shapes of the terrain. A design choice that allows the pergola to integrate perfectly with the ground, without geometric forcing, enhancing the natural course of the beach. The bar and relaxation area is complemented by a eucalyptus pergola and additional custom carpentry work, developed in-house to ensure solidity, functionality, and aesthetic consistency across all beach club areas. The entire project fully expresses the Africa Style philosophy: certified materials, in-house workmanship, attention to detail and a design oriented to the user experience, which is accompanied in a fluid and harmonious path between relaxation, catering and moments of sociality.
