Thematization

Within MagicSplash, Africa Style helped thematize every element of the park, intervening on a multitude of functional elements to transform them into an integral part of the immersive experience. MagicSplash was born as a Caribbean oasis of over 40,000 square meters, characterized by white beaches, tropical vegetation, and an architectural language consistent in every detail. In this context, the value of the project is not only given by the large structures, but above all by the ability to make each element, even the smallest, homogeneous. Africa Style has worked in this very direction, taking care of the Caribbean theming of services and infrastructure that are fundamental to the life of the park, such as the shower area, changing rooms, pool gates, locker areas and much more. These elements, often overlooked from an aesthetic point of view, were designed to integrate perfectly into the tropical context, using materials and finishes consistent with the rest of the park, eliminating any “visual gap” between function and scenography. The same approach has been applied to all widespread components: fences, furnishings, signage, and service structures follow a single material language, helping to create a continuous and immersive environment. The result is a park where the visitor never perceives the separation between technical infrastructure and setting: even the most practical functions become part of the experience. This level of coherence is what transforms a set of attractions into a true immersive theme park, capable of transporting the user to a context completely different from everyday reality. An intervention that demonstrates Africa Style's ability to operate at scale in the comprehensive theming of water parks, where every detail contributes to building a strong, recognizable, and highly experiential identity.
