Design of a turnkey Kiosk-bar on the beach and a pedestrian walkway for access. The walkway was built with a galvanised iron frame fixed to foundation poles in South African FSC Eucalyptus, flooring in larch boards alternating with South African FSC Eucalyptus poles and a perimeter parapet of poles in South African FSC painted Eucalyptus. The walkway connects the entrance area to the beach where the Kiosk-bar is located. The latter stands on a hot-dip galvanised iron deck, complete with corten sheet metal perimeter infill and Russian larch wood treading surface. The structure of the Kiosk-bar is made with monobloc construction systems for a total of 6 boxes, complete with Carply panel flooring, insulated roofing in corrugated sandwich panel and external White finish brushed larch wood panelling and internal fillings in wood panels and washable panels. The boxes on site have only been positioned because they have been entirely built and finished in the company, including all the systems required by law. The front porch, with waterproof covering of the entire area, was made with varnished laminated wooden beams and a double layer of FSC South African Eucalyptus rolls with PVC sheeting. All the completed works have also been added, such as parapets in South African Eucalyptus FSC, corten lettering and flower boxes.
