New tailor-made restaurant on the beach built by completely dismantling the old structure. Deck realized with galvanized iron frames installed through iron foundation poles directly in the sand. Flooring in sanded and treated larch wood for outdoor use. The load-bearing structure is made of varnished glulam beams, solid wood walls covered with wood panels and washable panels. Exterior finish with sputtered cork. Restaurant supplied with the "turnkey" solution with systems, accessories and all the finishing touches suitable for use. The roofing package is composed of wooden panels, sheathing and tiles in natural Cape Reed coor Optical White. In addition to the structure of the restaurant, a waterproof portico in FSC South African Eucalyptus painted with double roll of poles and PVC sheeting has been installed.
