Simba Self, located in Parco Natura Viva, is the Self-service Restaurant, fully redesigned and renovated by Africa Style, transformed into an immersive space, in line with the park's natural setting. The project included a complete renovation of the previously existing structure, towards a complete change of roofs and interior spaces, redefining the restaurant's architectural and scenic identity. The concept was developed to give the area a distinctive and exotic character, while maintaining high standards of functionality and durability. The main roof was made of a laminated wood structure, covered internally with larch boards and completed externally by a waterproof system with 'AfriThatch' sheath and tiles by Africa Style, a solution that guarantees strength, lightness and a strong natural aesthetic impact. The secondary roof, instead, is made by metal structure, wooden poles and externally finished with glass elements and rolls of South African Eucalyptus - a distinctive material used by Africa Style for its structural qualities and its consistency with the natural setting of the project. Within the space, the main scenographic element is represented by the large central Baobab, around which the restaurant area develops with huts and architectural details designed to recreate an authentic and engaging atmosphere. Every element, from the main structures to the finishings, has been studied with great attention to detail to offer an immersive experience to visitors. Africa Style carried out the intervention with a turnkey formula, taking care of the entire process: from the design to the production of the materials, up to the complete creation of the works and services. The result is a welcoming and scenic space that integrates thematic architecture, natural materials, and tailored technical solutions, helping to make Simba Self one of the park's most iconic dining options.
