The Wings of South America

Cod. TM Series

For the Le Ali del Sud America area of Punta Verde Zoo Park, AFRICA STYLE created a customized elevated path inside the aviary, designed to offer an immersive and up-close experience with tropical birds. This area is home to exotic species such as parrots and macaws, including the Macao Macaw, known for their bright colors and distinctive social behaviors, allowing visitors to observe free-roaming animals in their environment in complete safety. The route includes walkways, bridges and handrails made of South African Eucalyptus timber, designed to ensure solidity and comfort during use, while visitors can move freely within the barrier-free aviary, experiencing direct contact with the birds. Completing the experience, a rest area overlooking the flamingos is shaded by a Sun umbrella in synthetic covering ShadySynth Tobacco, ensuring comfort and aesthetic continuity with the surrounding environment. AFRICA STYLE's intervention enhances the habitat, accompanies the visitor along the observation points and transforms each functional structure into a scenographic element, consistent with the South American theme of the area. This project confirms the company's approach to creating themed outdoor trails and habitats for bioparks, where natural materials, bespoke design, and attention to detail create immersive and engaging experiences for visitors.
